2. What personal information is collected?
Depending on how you use this website, I may collect: your name and email address when you submit the contact form; information you voluntarily provide in your message, including where you are currently based; technical and usage information relating to your visit to the website, such as browser, device, IP address, pages visited and interactions with the website. Please do not include sensitive personal or health information in the contact form.
3. Contact form enquiries
When you contact me through the website, I use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, communicate with you about potential coaching services and, where relevant, arrange a discovery call.
Information submitted through the contact form is processed by Squarespace. Your contact details and form submission may be stored in Squarespace’s Contacts panel and the submission is also sent to my designated business email account.
The legal basis for this processing is taking steps at your request before potentially entering into a contract and, where applicable, my legitimate interest in responding to enquiries relating to my services.
I do not use contact-form enquiries to add you to a marketing or newsletter list unless you separately choose to subscribe or otherwise consent to receiving marketing communications.

This website uses Squarespace Analytics to help me understand how visitors use the website and to improve its content and performance. Squarespace may process information such as your browser, network and device information, IP address, pages visited, referring pages and interactions with the website. Some of the service providers used to operate this website may process personal data outside the European Economic Area. Where personal data is transferred internationally, such transfers should be subject to appropriate safeguards required under applicable data-protection law.
8. How long is personal information kept?
I keep personal information only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and to meet applicable legal obligations.
If you contact me about coaching but do not become a client, I will generally retain your enquiry and related correspondence for up to 12 months after our last communication. After this period, the information will be deleted unless there is a legitimate reason or legal obligation to retain it for longer.
If you become a coaching client, certain information may need to be retained for longer periods for contractual, accounting, tax or legal purposes. Information relating to the coaching relationship may also be subject to separate confidentiality and data-protection arrangements.
9. Your data protection rights
Under applicable data-protection law, you may have the right to: request access to your personal data; request correction of inaccurate information; request deletion of your personal data; request restriction of processing; object to certain processing; request data portability where applicable; and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise your rights, contact me at nina.salig@outlook.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection supervisory authority.
