How do I make space for it?
Turn insight into realistic changes, decisions, conversations and experiments in your everyday life.
This is not a fixed programme. Every coaching journey is different, and our sessions will focus on what matters most to you.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
Three months of private 1:1 coaching
A focused coaching relationship designed around you, your life and what you want to change.
6 × 60-minute private online coaching sessions
Usually every two weeks.
Personal pre-coaching reflection
A short reflection before we begin so we can start with what matters most.
Individual tools & exercises
Used where they genuinely support your coaching process.
WhatsApp support between sessions
Share brief reflections, questions or voice messages between sessions, Monday–Friday.
I’ll respond within 24 hours on working days.
Final reflection & next steps
To recognize what has changed and clarify what you want to continue working towards.

Including applicable taxes
Sessions are normally completed within three months, with flexibility for holidays, illness and family life. All sessions must be used within four months.
WHY WORK WITH ME?
I understand the world you're navigating.
I moved from Germany to Madrid/Spain, built my professional career abroad and became a mother here. Along the way, I experienced how life abroad, motherhood and career transitions can reshape our identity, priorities and ambitions.
I have also questioned my own career direction and what I wanted the next chapter of my life to look like.
Alongside my own experience, I bring around ten years of experience in international HR and professional training as a certified Life Coach.
My background helps me understand both the personal and professional sides of major life transitions.
But your life is not my life.
I won't tell you what your life should look like. I'll help you uncover what is right for you.
My role is to listen, challenge, ask powerful questions and create the space for you to see your situation more clearly and make decisions that fit your life.
